Probably the toughest of them all. This is the first course that was developed in Belek and is not for the novice! A tough challenging course which is not very forgiving.

The Antalya Golf Club boasts two courses, the Sultan and the Pasha. The Sultan is very challanging with water coming into play on many of the holes. The Pasha is less challanging but do not let that make you think the Pasha is easy. You are required to have a handicap of 24 (men) to play the Sultan (although we have never been asked to produce one). Perhaps that will give you a clue!!!!

One course has been playing for a number of years and is very well presented amongst the pine trees with many a watery challenge. The second course was opened in November 2005

The Cornelia Faldo Course opened on the 5th November 2006 with a Cornelia Golf Club Opening Pro Am Tournament. The course (currently 18 holes but with 9 more on the way)is a championship golf course. Early reports have been "wow". This course is on the Door Step to our villas.
Nick Faldo himself has said This is an exceptional piece of land. this wonderfully natural, pine-clad, sandy site is among the finest we have seen. A broad dune ridge runs right through the centre of the property and we will utilise this feature on a majority of the holes; each of the nines will include several spectacularly elevated tees and greens and the bunkering style that I have in mind will be unique to this part of Europe. Constructed in a manner that is extremely sensitive to the existing landscape, the course will be strategically very strong and, because of this, will be very playable. Golfers of every standard will find it enjoyable, inspiring and full of interest

Colin Montgomerie officially launched his latest design project with European Golf Design at the recent BMW Championship.
Appointed by Papillon Hotels, Colin will design a new 18 hole golf course in the Belek region of Turkey, near Antalya. The Montgomerie Course at Papillon Golf Club will form part of a new $100 million golf and hotel complex. To compliment the 18 hole championship golf course there will be a 9 hole short course and a golf academy, as well as a luxury 5 star hotel and up to 40 holiday villas which will join the four existing Papillon hotels in Belek.
Mustafa Nazik, President of Papillon Hotels said We are delighted to announce the addition of The Montgomerie Course at Papillon Golf Club to our family of resorts. I am very honoured that Colin Montgomerie is bringing his design experience and personality to our portfolio.
At the Official Signing Ceremony Montgomerie said "I am delighted to be associated with the Papillon Hotels golf course at Antalya and designing what we hope will be yet another great tournament venue." "You never know, one day on our ever-expanding European Tour we might have a Turkish Open played on this course."
Set within 104 hectares of mixed pine forest and ridges the feel of the natural sandy ground will be maintained to develop the particular characteristics of the golf course.
Design work has already begun with construction due to commence later this year, the course will be completed at the end of 2007
